Your personal details will be stored securely and safely and will not be held longer than necessary. If our service fails to meet our contractual commitments to you, contained in our Terms and Conditions, then you will be entitled to server your contract without penalty and at anytime and you shall not be liable to make any further payments. A Copy of our Terms and Conditions is available upon request and further is supplied to you via electronic mail (email) in a clear and legible format and in a timely manner upon commencement of a contractual agreement.

Concerning our Relationship with HMRC: It is our commitment to you, our customer, that we shall work with you to assist in finding an economical and, above all, legal and fair annual taxation solution. Should our service agreement fail your expectations or contractual obligations contained in our Terms and Conditions, then you may have cause to severe the agreement without notice or liability. A Copy of our Terms and Conditions is available upon request and further is supplied to you via electronic mail (email) in a clear and legible format and in a timely manner upon commencement of contractual employment.

Concerning Your Data: It is our commitment to you, our customer, that we do not sell, lend or otherwise distribute any of your personal or business details in any format (written, electronic, audio etc.) to any third party without your express consent or to enable us to complete our duties as specified in our Terms and Conditions.
